I booked Gasworks intially to service a boiler, however after 16yr years it was beyond its shelf life and unserviceable. Adam was very professional and provided different options and advice. I opted for a new boiler at a very competitive price. Adam and his colleague returned within a week to fit the new boiler and flue. They flushed the system, fitted the carbon monoxide alarm and removed the old boiler and all the rubbish. Warranty included. Fantastic experience and would recommend highly.

Called as a had a damaged gas pipe very prompt service, engineer attended within 3 hours, repaired pipe and also fixed sensor in boiler and reconnected gas supply. Couldn't fault anything, would highly recommend and use the company again if needed.

On a Saturday my old Vokera boiler stopped working and by that Thursday I had a new and stronger Glow Worm boiler installed, with minimal fuss, by Adam. I phoned Adam on the weekend and he came out first thing on Monday to have a look. The gas valve was broken, so Adam sent me over invoices for the broken part and for new boiler without pressure to choose. In the end, given the boiler’s age I opted to have it replaced. He and his colleague came out on Thursday and within a few hours my boiler was installed, and they were so clean with the instal! So so rare with tradespeople. Would 10/10 recommend and will be having him service my boiler annually.

Brilliant! Old combi boiler died at the weekend. Called Gasworks on Monday afternoon, new boiler up and running by Wednesday lunchtime. Excellent advice and communications, great price, super tidy and professional work - can’t fault the service received!

Adam very quickly responded to my emergency call and found the fault in no time at all, temporarily repaired making me able to use heating and hot water whilst he ordered necessary part which was fitted the following day. Was made fully aware of call out cost and cost to repair prior to visits.

After our boiler unexpectedly stopped working, Gasworks (Bernard) came out the same day to assess it for us. He provided us with a very competitive quite that night, then came back 2 days later to install our new boiler. He worked late into the evening as he "couldn't leave us without heating over Christmas". He did a fantastic job and left everything exactly as he found it. Bernard was extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond just a couple of days before Christmas. We would highly recommend Gasworks to anyone!

Great work from Adam, would highly recommend! We needed a part replaced for an old boiler, another company said it was too small a job for the trouble and only offered to replace the boiler in full. Called Adam on the Monday, he came out and assessed on the Tuesday, ordered the part and had it installed by Thursday afternoon. Thanks Adam!

I had to have an emergency call out as we had no hot water since the night before! Adam was super amazing and attentive and fixed the issue straight away. I was not home but he also kept me up to date with everything that was happing. Definitely recommend

Visiting engineer Adam is indeed very pleasant and seems competent. But the administration behind him is a different matter and shows very poor communication. Try to get full information in advance regarding any non-boiler matter.
